Indian Navy Eligibility Criteria: 
Age:
  1. Minimum Age 16 years.
  2. Maximum Age 25 years.
Education Qualification:
  • +2 with 60% marks with Maths & Physics.
  • Any higher education below them M.Sc(Physics, Maths, Operational Research).
  • B.Sc or MA(English) or BE/B.Tech.
Selection Process:
  • SSB Interview
  • Once you have filled the online application and all the required documents, your application will be sorted state-wise and a Cut-off percentage will be decided based on best of five subjects.
  • The cut-off percentage will be increased for any state if the number of applications with a higher percentage is more.
  • After that, you have to download your Admit Card or Call Letter from Indian Navy’s Official Website
  • Results of the examination will be announced on the same day and if you qualify the exam you will undergo PFT and Medical Examination, which may take 1-2 days.
  • The merit list will be prepared depending upon the number of vacancies.
  • After that, you will be required to report at INS Chilka for fitness enrollment exam.
  • You have to produce self-attested documents to the reporting officer at INS Chilka.
  • After this, your police verification will take place.
  • If you do not submit the verified police reports back in INS Chilka, you will not be eligible for enrolment.
  • The final declaration list will be announced afterward.
Written Exam
  • English, Science, Maths, General Knowledge.
  • Time Duration: 1 Hour.
Physical Test:
  • 1.6 km run in 6 min.
  • 20 Squat Ups.
  • 10 Push Ups.
Medical Examination:
  • Min Height: 157 cms.
  • 5cms chest expansion.
  • Eye: 6/12 without glasses, Eye: 6/9 with glasses.
