Fast running to Goal achieve with in 5 min
Faster run:-
- You have a 1 month time to goal achieve.
- First of all you wake up 4 o'clock early in the morning.
- Warm up your body with some exercise.
- 1st day you run slow your actual normal race but your running speed don't be increase or decrease before running.
- 400 mtr sprint all week day running.
- 2nd day same procedure follow them.
- 1 week you should have same procedure follow them.
- 2 nd week speed increase 400mtr to 600 mtr.
- Continue 1 week 600 meter race faster than after 400 mtr.
- 3rd week increase distance 800mtr faster then after 600 mtr.
- Same procedure follow them.
- 4th week final stage 1200 meter race faster then after 800 mtr.
- And you see that, your speed, stamina increase before 4 week training.
Friends this method to very hard to implement over them. This work want hard work day by day. You run 1200 mtr faster than you achieve the goal.(1600 mtr in 5 min).
Note:-No smoking, aware for drinking for 1 month that's it. After running & before eat properly. Never run on empty stomach.
Breathing style:
- After run you should normal take a breathe then your body don't feel heavy pressure.
- Breathing control your body.
- Breathing style helps to increase your stamina.
- 1.5 sec take breath and release normally.
- Follow all steps and fix you goal achieve.
